I will preface this by saying that voting is important (if you truly believe in it) and our system of Democracy is one that has been built through much blood, sweat and tears throughout history. So I do not mean to cast a shadow on our political system. No just the assholes who aren’t running for office but will not shut up about it even after elections are finished. We all have “that friend”, you know the guy… yes him, the one who you want to punch in the mouth as soon as he starts his tirade about an elected official. Political Blowhard Guy can be found on your MySpace, Twitter or Facebook friends list. If you are like me you probably have his comments hidden or have kicked him from the friends list already.

Get two of these guys together and you have an instant party… no pun intended. Is there anything more tired than a dude that pipes on and on without end about his political beliefs. The guy who gets loud and tries to drill it into your head as if being an immature child about it will somehow win you to “his side”. This guy ranks up there with the Religious Blowhard and is so similar to him that you tend to believe that they are the same person. The only difference is you can shut religious dude up by damning his god or taking a completely hard 180 turn on his beliefs to where he knows you are hopeless and keeps his bible beating to the ones who entertain it. Political Blowhard Guy has no weaknesses outside of avoiding him like the plague and refusing to “discuss” anything relative to politics with him. These guys are usually the first to fall off my friends list once they start the steam roller of bulletins and tweets expressing their opinion.

Please shut up, you annoying, brainless pawn of the system. Everybody hates you.
