Holiday Season and Dieting – Put up or Shut up!
So it’s that time of the year when gyms are empty, people are concentrating on shopping and bank accounts are getting drained. Ironically as we all watch the NFL and College Football athletes perform at the highest level, physiques echoing the training and sacrifice made to their bodies for the glory of the sport, we somehow manage to ignore our own. There is little to no chatter made about the gut getting fatter and the muscles atrophying as we consume beer, burgers, hotdogs and chips, while screaming at the television as Eli Manning... Relationships don’t have to be fattening
Lets face it folks, when you find someone to love, you tend to get a lot of good out of it but there are some bad things that can come into the mix. One of the bad things about the relationships is you tend to fall within an unhealthy comfort zone. The extra time which was spent in the gym or Club (building the sexy body needed to attract the next person) is replaced with eating out in restaurants, ordering in and watching television on the couch. Pretty soon into the relationship you cease to look like an athlete and begin to look like... [Read more]

Kristy Lynn Does Dominos Pizza
I remember going back and forth on an argument with a friend about why you shouldn’t send food back at a restaurant. I mean hell, until they have droids doing the cooking and serving, you are at the mercy of human nature… and when human nature and anger comes into play, well you get boogers, cum, poop and dirt to deal with on your shrimp scampi. Today I stumbled upon this gem of a video on YouTUBE. It features Kristy Lynn Hammonds and her homosexual co-worker. Aside from goofing off at work and braggin about slacking off,... [Read more]

Giada De Laurentiis
I am as huge fanboi of Giada’s as any warm blooded male is, but… I am finding it difficult to pay attention to what is being made. The cynic in me knows that this ploy by The Food Network is intentional, but does that not take away from her craft? The clothes she wears are sometimes… revealing (I would never suggest that they should dress her like a nun) but it isn’t enough that she is a strikingly beautiful woman, she is built like a brickhouse (for you non-cool folks, it means that she is sexy as all hell)....
