anstractor book, greg dragon author

So I’ve written a book, a real book of 316 pages filled with all sorts of romantic drama, military skirmishes, and space ships running sorties on planets to liberate aliens. This is a far cry from many of the topics here but believe it or not, it really isn’t. My book “Anstractor” is a story about an orphaned boy who grows up to join the military and eventually help in the fight to win his planet back. For those of you who follow The Hall of The Black Dragon you know that my love and respect for our military brethren is pretty evident in my writing. Some of the articles that influenced the book are the ones which honored heroes such as Audie Murphy, Ed Eaton, and Henry Lincoln Johnson. “I Bet All The Nerds Loved Princess Leia” – K’ For a Sci-Fi fan, there is nothing more pleasurable than revealing one of your favorite stories or movies to a person who has never read, seen or experienced it. Even better is if that person is a child. Just think about it. Blowing a youngling’s mind with Star Wars, Aliens, or Terminator is just as rewarding as getting a chance at watching it all over again. See my point? To mainstream Android loving the world would beg for some logic to explain our need to even go there. In the world of Science… [Read more]

I think it was on Enterprise (the newest in the long line of Star Trek series) that first brought this phenomenon to light for me. T’Pol, a super intelligent and advanced Vulcan female became sub-Commander on the ship despite the racial tension with her human crewmen. The most tension she had came from her Captain Archer who had a deep prejudice with her people after they robbed his father of the honor of space exploration. T’Pol and Archer were always at it but as the show went on their rivalry turned into mutual respect and then shifted towards some hardcore sexual tension. Soon T’Pol knew Archer’s most intimate secrets and he hers having to aid her on private missions and council her as one of her only friends. I can recall yelling at Archer to jump that sexy little nymph whenever she would come into… [Read more]
