Why exactly are restaurants allowed to undercut waiting staff in lieu of tips? Think about it, you get paid peanuts to play servant to random people in order to roll the dice on whether or not they will pay you 5-20% of what they ate. In the meantime your place of employ benefits from your hard work, probably raises it’s prices, and moves to pay you less since their increasing popularity means that your job is now in high demand. They can hire a cheaper you for half your salary! It’s like food prostitution with the owners of restaurants being a bunch of Iceberg Slims. “Bad tipping makes you look low class, and unsophisticated” Personally as a patron I would like for restaurants to be forced into showing the average wages of the waiting staff and indicate whether or not they are allowing the staff… [Read more]

Let me preface this piece by saying that I am a man and I am prone to objectify a beautiful woman as much as any other guy. I do not write under the guise of some reformed, feminist, eunuch, trying to convince readers that I am “above” male behavior. So know that I write these observances not as an outsider per se but more like a person that wishes to understand. I can tell you that I have been blown away by the amount of men that sweat any new girl that starts working in an office. The only criteria that a woman needs to meet for this to happen, is that she must look young, and appear naïve. Look too good, like so good that men are all over you even outside of the office and the opposite tends to happen. Guys will be… [Read more]

When I wrote about beautiful women being both bullied and worshiped by society, I had no idea that it would receive the sort of response it has over these last 2 years. We have had men and women come on here to tell the world that beautiful women are just looking for attention and have nothing to complain about but the amount of women that have commented to say otherwise has spoken volumes. There is a problem with the way that we see and treat women that are considered “beautiful”, “drop-dead gorgeous” or anything similar. The problem is that like people who have money, we all assume that they always have it good. All you have to do is to step back, take yourself out of the equation, go neutral and observe for yourself to see it – trust me.  I’ve seen it, many others… [Read more]

The Nurse is probably one of the most misunderstood, often-ignored positions in the medical field. You would think that with the number of shows that pay homage to this profession that we would understand their duties but the only thing I know about a nurse is that Greg Focker (played by Ben Stiller) in Meet the Parents was a male one… okay I know a bit more but not much. Hmm there was that one Candy Stripers movie that used to come on all the time… Anyway. Go ahead and ask 10 people what a nurse’s duties are and I guarantee you get 10 different answers. We are ignorant and honestly not very curious about nurses. This becomes a bit of a problem when we become seniors and through the same attitude choose to leave our healthcare “up to the experts” and assume that nurses… [Read more]

Most people when entering the job market are ignorant as to what job or career they should pursue, they hear from parents and teachers that careers are chosen either for money or for passion. The problem with the passion approach however, is that it does not always mean success. It’s like anything else; you may be passionate about swimming, but this does not mean you will end up getting sponsorships like Michael Phelps. In addition to this reality – do you want to risk the chance at becoming frustrated or tired of your passion if it winds up being long hours for little to no reward? It is quite normal to have some difficulty in deciding one’s path career-wise, many people who rush it, or do what they believe to be their calling choose the wrong career. We have found that the best way to… [Read more]

Rule #66 (Paper-Blocking) It is rarely okay for a man to get in the way of another man’s money unless that man is a competitor or rival in business. People who stop you from making money out of jealousy or some twisted ideology on morality are some of the worst people to have in your life. If you are a man and see that another man is about to become successful off of his smarts or hard work, you should either congratulate him or get out of the way. There are way too many paper blockers in life to deal with compared to the men who genuinely back us up and lend support. Rule #67 (Reckless Eyeballing) As a general rule men don’t stare at other men unless when attempting to provoke an argument or a fight. The standard “peaceful” length of time for a man to… [Read more]

counting money

There are a ton of articles on the web about great side hustles but most of them are absolute rubbish. The articles present lists of small jobs and 2-year degree options that we can do for work but give no clue as to how you get into it, how relevant it is and whether or not the writer knows someone who is actively doing it. As a master of the “side hustle” I often get approached by people wishing to bolster their 9-to-5 with money that doesn’t necessarily involve working 2 jobs. The following list is a compilation of ideas that myself and affluent friends of mine have delved into to get a good amount of extra income coming in. These are things that we do, not things that we hear are good. So if you are serious about bringing in some extra money, consider… [Read more]
